All I did was add the string and adorn the pretty board with photos and other little trinkets with some tiny wooden clothespins. It is simply fabulous.

Ooh, little clothes pegs! That's not a bad idea, and your board is very decorative! I have stuff stuck all over my fridge, and of course, then it all falls off again.
